Faultless Service from Luke Morley at Tooting Branch who managed to beat every one of the renewal quotes I had on several policies, nothing was too much trouble and he was thorough and concientous throughout. I must also mention Luke Skelly at the Newbury Branch who was also fantastic in getting my business insurance sorted way past closing time on a Friday night and I am confident that should I ever need to claim, these guys will deal with the process in the same professional and efficient manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them so if you are looking for a one stop shop with ease of use and swift responses this is the company to use.

Took a while to catch up with broker asked for call back didnt happen I phoned getting too close to running out. Asked for amendments too had to discuss again on my call... still havnt received updated policy as told I wanted it posted????

Received insurance as requested. It does not show that I am Fully Comprehensive and secondly there is nothing to show what I'm actually covered for, ie, breakdown cover, courtesy car, etc etc.. it was explained during telephone conversation but i feel it should be confirmed in writing.

Having had an unexpectedly high renewal quote, and trawled the comparison sites, it occurred to me that a local broker might look at my needs from a local point of view. Service was impeccable from the start and I was delighted to find that local features were taken into consideration. The price was close to my expectations, (not directly comparable with on-line sites because not finalised with them) and I was delighted with the ease of process. Also there my be some advantage in having a local office when dealing with a claim but I hope I do not have to explore that aspect.

I have changed to A-Plan for insurance which covers 2 cars and also house and contents - (multi cover) . They were not able to give the lowest quote but the personal and friendly service offered is well worth the small extra amount I have paid.
