As a small business I like to deal with suppliers who are also small businesses or at least understand their needs. I think A-Plan does that well. They are not the cheapest but not uncompetitive either and to have a personal relationship is a big plus. I liked the approach of not trying to oversell and very down to earth. Scott at Tooting was my contact and he is very fair and attentive.

I have been an A.Plan customer for several years. Always find the staff very helpful. They will always search their systems for the most competitive insurance quotes that suit our needs. Helpful staff, although the process was lengthy and ongoing and a couple of mistakes were made which had to be rectified with replacement documents.

Everyone at Worcester City office has always been very helpful and are ready to give the best service. What is so important is that phone calls are always answard and delt with in a professional manner, no automated voices , buttons to press or unplesant music.

I asked quite a few questions which they answered but the one they couldn’t they found out and rung me back.
Another tick in their box is they are in the town so you can go and see them face to face instead of qoing through an automated switchboard and getting the wrong person.
