Phoned James Manager at Birmingham for a comparison quotation for my motor insurance
Made to feel very welcome and process of giving required details very painless. Manual check also carried out to verify a possible anomaly on vehicle registration. No problem. Understanding of needs was fully catered for culminating a very competetive quotation with a company I was very happy with.
Result was a smooth transfer to your recommended insurer at a premium for like for like cover at a saving of approx £75 . all cover with one insurer handled by James who was pleased to offer the benefits as we have our Household renewal with you also. A very professional way and pleasurable way to do business. Bottom line order placed!

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. We've used comparison sites before for some of our policies & been bitterly disappointed by the poor service, I come straight back to A Plan when renewing the policy.
