I recently took out van insurance with A-Plan. They returned my call immediately, they were super helpful and efficient and took care of everything for me. Very competitive prices. No hanging on the telephone to a voicemail, a real person makes all the difference and A-Plan have that service.

I came to A-plan to see if they could offer a temporary insurance for a car I wished to sell promptly.
The agent spent the time with me to run through a number of different tailored options that they could offer which covered me in different scenarios from one month, right the way through to 12 months and all the refund options in between.
I left with a policy that I was completely happy with and i couldn't of hoped for a better service from them.

Car insurance I feel they are the best , always updating you with better deals, & information about, how to give you better deals &, getting you the customer, value for money, & catering to the policy thats best for you with insurance.

They don't push you into insurance you don't need , advice is second to none , helpful every time call with any questions I need answering. Brilliant service .

Didn’t have to do anything the guys just gave me a call to tell me they would call me in about 3 weeks to talk about my renewal just a couple of minutes and I was done. Only if everything was this easy.

OK you might be able to get a cheaper quote on a comparison site, but not too much customer service, in fact it may be appalling
