My wife and i have been using for a few years now for car and house/ contents insurance. I think i got my mothers house and contents insurance also. Always come up with great competitive prices and explain all the jargon that you may find confusing on website searches. I have never had to make a claim so cannot comment on this but if anything like their customer service i feel we would have no problems with A plan to sort it out.
