Great service from A plan . My car insurance was due for renewal and I was contacted with a renewal price. I had been offered a cheaper quote from another provider but A plan were able to offer a comparable price and their excellent personal service so I was happy to renew with A plan.

Excellent customer service ... even when the requirements aren’t straightforward, they investigate and provide options and alternatives. Doing business by phone can be a palaver, with long delays and a minefield of pressing buttons. Thank Heavens, A-Plan is more sensible, so I can reach competent and helpful expert advice immediately.
