I have four policies with A plan , they always contact us well in advance of due dates. There is alway someone there to help and sort out any problems and give advice. This way of insurance with the company a few minutes walk from home is for us a far better way than going on line.

As I had hearing problems and had a friend speak for me on the telephone at that time. the company went out of their way to assess what I required and made a good effort to arrange a meeting with the manager even though the office was closed due to Covid safety closure of the premises whereby the manager could only speak from a distance, he understood what was asked for and produced the insurance paperwork within a week.
That to me is a company which cares for it's customers even in awkward situations.

I have come back to a plan as after a few years break away from them due to personal things I thought I would re try taking out my insurance plan I found them to be as good as I have always found and more than happy with the representative whom re rang me after I had made enquiries and was pleasantly surprised that she took the time to re call me the day after keep up your good work am happy to give you more than a glowing report
