Joe was very helpful. Worked hard to get the right cover including my temporary driving job as this confused things a little. He kept me informed throughout the process and completed fast and effectively. Not the cheapest quote, but confident that all relevant details had been considered to get the right cover. We have used A plan in Bicester for many years and have always had excellent service. They really go the extra mile, it is well worth paying their fee which is really good value for money. When I forgot to call her back to discuss my insurance, she very kindly sent through her recommended plan to me enabling me to read through at my leisure.
