Communication, price, detail, explanation of policy.
But most of all the care and attention, understanding was amazing.
My son was mugged at knifepoint on xmas eve. Which as you can imagine was very upsetting.
My case was handled at great speed and felt they really did care, understand what we was going through.
My policy renewal was due, once again the team stepped up and shown amazing empathy and help which I'm truly grateful.
To name a few of their wonderful staff who all need a shout out James Haynes, Rebecca Fairfield, Sean Coady along with Laura from the Claims team.

The Guy at A- Plan in Worthing gave me a good deal this year, it always pays to shop around.Once you have a few quotes then compare and start to haggle, I find this way you tend to get a fair deal.
