Had a problem with my documents being sent to my old address as system was not updated correctly when I moved a year ago but the office were quick to sort it, paid some compensation in way of gift card and thankfully no personal details would have been exposed to anyone opening the communication. You have to judge a company by how well it does when things go wrong and I am happy with how A Plan handled this.

It was during Lockdown ;normally I like to go to the office as I am very deaf and the personal contact is important as I can lipread a little. Yet I felt comfortable on the telephone with Aplan, so helpful and yes kind. Truly their skill keeps me at 85 still keen to continue driving.

Excellent service as always. Mine was not a straight forward renewal as there were legacy issues outsanding with previous Insurer, which involved dealing with complexities and several organisations, (including one that liaises 'internationally'). The agent was Pro active (which is very refreshing these days!) And all round good communications. They didn't forget and instigated follow ups both sides with out being chased.
