I have always been very happy with the level of customer service at APlan Insurance. The staff at the Exeter office are always friendly & helpful.
The gentleman who explained the details of my policy and renewal had spoken with me a year ago. He was happy to answer questions and queries and I felt that he had sufficient time to do this.
Thankfully I have not needed to make a claim on my insurance but I feel very confident that if I did it would be dealt with professionally.

The renewal premium really took my breath away. Up to that point I enjoyed a good relationship with A Plan but was to learn differently. I realise now that loyalty Is not a word in the vocabulary of the insurance Business generally
