We have been using A-Plan as a broker for car insurance for over twelve years. They never fail to offer brilliant service. We receive a timely reminder for renewal of my policy, with clear pricing for the next year's premium. The documents are delivered securely by email, which allows us to save them to our laptop, only printing down those pages required to carry in my Ford B-Max.
Although there is no pressure for arranging other insurance cover, for our home for example, we will be contacting them when this policy becomes due for renewal. We can definitely recommend their services to other clients.

The service I received from A-Plan in organising a new-business quote was excellent. I replaced my existing vehicle with a new one for which my insurer increased the premium by 50%. A-Plan were able to significantly reduce the premium and handle the policy change quickly and efficiently.

Very good service provided to clients BUT disappointed with 'premium creep', renewal was up 6%. Maybe time to move on next year ? Suggest A Plan expand their panel of insurers to stay competitive with the On-Line market.

I have used A plan for several years now and have found them very helpful during this time. I have recommended them to friends and family too. My son defaulted on a payment on his insurance whilst on holiday some time ago and being a young driver really struggled to get reinsured. I called A plan and they did all the hard work to find a policy that was affordable. My son is still insured through them today. I was always sceptical about brokers, thinking they always take a ‘cut’ but honestly, I have tried getting a better quote myself and it’s just a waste of time and effort. These guys know exactly who to call and how to secure the best deal. Whatever ‘cut’ they take they have earned it and I do not begrudge it one bit. Suffice to say I am very satisfied with the superb service they provide. A quick call to A-plan followed by a short call-back to confirm all my details certainly beats hours of trawling the internet without any guarantee of success. Five Stars.
