As I haven’t had any cause to put a claim in or had any reason to contact them about anything else,I cannot comment on that part . All I can say is that when I took the policy out and renewed it again , I found them to be very helpful and polite .

Always found A-plan excellent ! A member of their staff Robert Weekes is exceptional .... highly efficient and polite individual and nothing is too much trouble for him. APlan’s other office staff have also been most courteous at all times. It will continue to be our first port of call for insurance cover !

The man I dealt with on the phone ( Lucar ) was knowledgeable about the policy, clear about the costs and took the time to listen to what I had to say. The cost was lower than I had been quoted elsewhere and offered a higher level of cover. Well done!
