I've used A Plan for a number of years to renew my building insurance. They've always called in the run up to renewal to discuss a new policy and whilst the policy was being put in place, were very good at dealing with queries.

I've been with A-Plan insurance for three years now. They have always looked for the best deal insurance for me and processing has always been very smooth and easy. I recently had to cancel my policy as I moved abroad and Mark Fletcher has been helping me sort it all out. I needed extra help with documentation as applied for another insurance abroad. Thanks to Mark's efficient and fast help, I was able to secure everything on time in the country I'm now living in. I definitely recommend!

Was referred to A plan by Van salesman. Requested quote for insurance and received excellent service. Quote seemed very reasonable - with discounts - and consultant was polite, friendly and not over pushy. Did not receive any pestering follow up calls and bought policy when I was ready. Would certainly recommend.
