I did not have to chase anyone for a renewal, I was contacted and advised when my policy will epire and what would be the price for the next term.
I asked the gentleman who called me to call again the next day at a specific time, so that I would have some time to consider the offer.
He did call me as we agreed and I renewed the policy there and then, no fuss, minimum time spent on the renewal, perfect.

A-Plan are great, always friendly and actually appreciative of your custom. Renewed this year and spoke to Hawk who was so helpful adjusting our policy to suit. Highly recommend A-Plan to everyone with regular or more specialist vehicles.

I have been a loyal customer for many years and this has not changed. However, I misunderstood the payment plan payment schedule - I did not known that payments on my three car and household policies had been aggregated but appeared jumbled as each policy had its own expiry date. The first agent I spoke to failed to explain this and said he would get back to me but never did. The second agent explained the vagaries of the schedule with utmost clarity but came across as condescending and a tad brusque. Even in these days of mask-wearing it's still possible to 'wear' a smile. Such a shame...
