I’ve been with A plan insurance for a few years now and I have been happy with the service provided. They always seem to match or come close to other quotes I have prior to renewal. My only criticism with insurance companies in general is, why is it that they can match a quote from a rival company which beats their initial renewal.

Breege was totally amazing, she helped me renew my policy she was so professional yet friendly. I actually thought that I was dealing with a member of my family.
I have never dealt with an insurance company who genuinely took an interest in my requirements and listened to what i said and needed. I actually wanted to over insure my car but Breege took the time to point out that that was not wise and we removed some of the additions I asked for due to the age of my car. Yes there are still some red tape questions that had to be asked, but they were done in such a way that i was not at all put off.
Well done this girl should be a poster girl for A-Plan

The quote given seemed reasonable and to be with the same insurer. My only reservation to prevent five stars was an unfortunate instance of insuring with A plan for an overseas property and finding that despite insurance we were not covered when we arrived and found the bathroom ceiling on the floor!
