Karl Harvey dealt both efficiently and professionally with my renewal insurance. I had an issue as to whether the car was is wasn’t insured as I had been questioned over the phone several times almost to a point of intimidation. I explained that the car was a spare car and seldom used. This Zurich couldn’t fathom out and so Karl looked for an alternative quote and provided with consummate ease. Another of my cars needs insuring in July and requested that Karl did not suggest Zurich as I have lost faith in their integrity and ability .
