Last year I would have given 5 stars but this year, having agreed a renewal figure, the computer chose to send me documents which showed an increase in premium of over £115. The office told me that it was a computer error BUT I now have to pay the additional amount and wait for a month to get the credit back on my card. A Plan only agreed to send back my money after I pointed out that it was not my fault but theirs. Originally they wanted me to wait until they received the money from the insurance company. I was not happy with this but otherwise, they have been fine. However, I am pleased to say that after the intervention of a manager, the overcharged amount was refunded to my card prior to the payment date so all was well. Thanks A Plan

Had been a customer for 15years plus with a national direct company unhappy with service given. A plan insurance sold me insurance that due to an oversite still didn't insure me for another van. They have more than made up for this and have gone above and beyond to help me.

TV ads tell us its easy to access insurance on line. We'll, its just as easy to let A Plan do the work and come back with an equally competitive quotes. Dealing with an actual person is reassuring, A Plan being very polite, courteous & follow up. Highly recommend.
