After some clever talking and convincing, your staff managed to keep my insurance with you!! I am greatful for the reductions made in cost to my policy and hope this will occur again next year! No one likes insurance to increase, especially if you have not made a claim!!

I had a long and very thorough phone conversation about renewing my contents insurance with Deborah Christopher. At all times Debbie was extremely helpful at explaining all aspects of the policy (and very patient when she had to repeat details!) My only question/criticism (not of Debbie but of your company's approach to renewals) was why (given that there were no changes to my circumstances) I had to be asked details about the house, it's location and even building materials as though I was asking for a first time policy. Other than this I have always been extremely satisfied with the service provided by A-Plan Insurance

generally happy with the policy, but disappointed that one of your rep had not been in touch before we had to chase you up with a quote, which was literally 5 days before our present policy expired.
Hopefully this will not be repeated next year when renewal is due again.
