Roberta at Bromsgrove took trouble with organising building insurance, during building of extension. There was a lot of follow up, with specific details required by insurance company and Roberta always picked up as if my job was the only one she was handling; always replied promptly; always called back if she was occupied when I rang; was patient in explaining details.

When you phone them a person answers the phone quickly. My previous home insurer promised a call back after I had been on the phone for a long period but the call back never happened. As we found them helpful following a car accident which wasn’t our fault and found them reasonably competitive regarding price we decided to change our house insurance as well as both cars.

Charlotte Jones from howden insurance went above and beyond to help me get my motorcycle insurance she really did make it an easy process. Vikki Jenkins was also amazing helping me with my car insurance and any queriers.
