Although I have been with Howdens and their "predecessors" for some time, the service I received to-day was exceptional. I needed to renew my motor policy and, from the moment she answered my call, your employee from Tooting Branch was extremely helpful. I wasn't kept waiting and all details were covered. With Howdens, it's back to the proper old fashioned way of doing things...dealing with human being who say, 'leave it with me sir I'll get this sorted' Instead of over the phone or net.....'what you have to do sir, is you have to phone the bloke in the office next door to me, while I sit back and have another coffee' Honestly, what has the world come to??? All this progress, and tech...more like insanity!

I would normally go on line for instance but my needs this time were different and I did not want to accidentally provide incorrect information which would invalidate a claim if the worst was to happen. The gentleman who helped me made sure that he understood the situation and that I understood the questions. I feel confident that I have the right cover and I should add that the price was reasonable

Really quick call back from my initial completion of an online form.
