My home contents and buildings insurance has risen this year. I phoned my insurance company but they weren't at all helpful. I contacted Howden Insurance and spoke to a young lady named Alicia Quimby-Bray. She couldn't have been more helpful. She went through everything with me and I got insurance £200 cheaper than with my previous insurance company

As I normally deal with Howden's for our car insurance's they were the first port of call to enquire about travel insurance. Our local branch were unable to deal with this but they kindly gave me a number to call at the Solihull branch where I was put through to Nicole.
The service I received from Nicole (Solihull branch) was very professional and friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. The thoroughness of the questions and the friendliness of her approach made what can be a time consuming process fly by, giving confidence that I have purchased more than adequate travel insurance for our forthcoming holiday.

Minor hiccup initially whereby a return call had not been received in order to consider and discuss a policy renewal but Kerry in the Witney Office picked up the chaser call and dealt with it in a professional and respectful and business like manner. At the same time she conveyed a feeling of having a good understanding of the market and what was important to me. No reason to think I wont continue to be a customer in the future.
