I had an accident with my truck, phoned up my insurance company Howdens and spoke with Paige. Provided the information and she took care of everything, found a garage and hire car for me. What was great was the follow up calls and emails I received. When there seemed a bit of a delay Paige followed up and got things moving. She was also great at explaining my policy and the cover I had. I will definitely be staying with Howdens and would recommend. Ultimately the service provided was great. Thank you Paige.

Being able to talk to an actual person with ease and no long waits. One call to Louise at Howden was all it took to beat my existing motor insurance renewal price. What a refreshing change to be able to speak to someone at a company. [The agent is Jonathan Scanlan.] For me, that makes such a difference.
