Was in a pickle looking for modified car insurance, came across howden and after putting a quote in i received a call from Matthew, he managed to absolutely smash the quotes I was getting from other places by almost £2000. He was very thorough and friendly, he talked me through the whole quote I cannot recommend him enough, they gained a lifetime customer after he’s sorted everything for me.

I spoke to Howden Insurance about the renewal of our Buildings and Contents Insurance. Having been with Howden for the past three years initially with a renovation Insurance during our building works and then Buildings and Content Insurance. Having checked other insurance companies to ensure I was getting the most competitive and comprehensive policy I was happy we were getting the best deal. During the discussions Howden adjusted their quotation to ensure they remained the best option. Catherine Smith was our point of contact at a Howden and she was very helpful and ensured we got the best deal to meet our needs.

Flexible and meaningful telephone discussion resulted in a new home insurance contract which promises to be good. Of course I have not yet made a claim and don't intend to, so we may never find out how good the contact actually is, but the telephone discussion gave me confidence.
