Well what can I say I spoke with Kimberley Phillips this morning and what an amazing experience this was. Kimberley wasn’t just polite friendly and knowledgeable but went above and beyond for me during the call she assured me and took me through everything and being disabled and suffer with mental health and being adhd and autistic which by the way Kimberley wasn’t aware re assured me with everything and explained everything in plain English rather than work jargon which goes a long way I am now a customer of Howden which I couldnt be more proud of and know I am in safe hands if ever I need them thank you so much Kimberley for everything today enjoy your birthday and will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know

We dealt with George, the branch manager of the York branch. We bought a new 2nd car, and also had to change some details on our existing first car. George dealt with all of this with ease, with all of the paperwork emailed to us promptly. We have used Howdens for years (from when they were A Plan) and would highly recommend.
