Highly recommend using Howden!
Specifically Matt Homer. I am a small limited company and required some public liability insurance and other protection. Matt went through the policy and process with me, including what cover was best and what is included,
The price is a lot cheaper than other companies and policy was available immediately.

I insure my campervan with Howden and they have always been excellent on the telephone and proactive so when I had issues with my car insurance who also insured my house I decided to use a broker and the obvious choice was Howden.
Both the campervan agent and the house insurance agent were knowledgeable and very helpful.
Of course, an insurance company is only as good their claims handling, but it’s good to know you have a broker on your side to assist you if you do need to make a claim at any time.
Furthermore, you can always speak to Howden, which is something I wasn’t able to do with my car insurers who never responded to my calls or emails. That is an incredible bonus.

I have had trike insurance through Howdens for many years and have always been very satisfied with their cooperation and helpfulness.
I have now insured my car through them (I spoke with Kayleigh Bennett) because I know that if I have any problems or an accident they will be there to help me, unlike my previous direct insurance where everything is Ai, 'chatbot' and 'live chats'!!

Dealt with Emma today very efficient in getting the car insurance required and switched. On it from the start and asked all the right questions . Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Howdens they pick up the phone quick and the clarity of all staff is clear to understand.
