I was contacted by phone ahead of my policy renewal date and was left feeling very confident that my renewal would be handled professionally and in a timely manner and this has been the case throughout the process. It is also important to mention that the person I dealt with was very friendly and pleasant and had excellent customer service skills! (I know this as I was previously an assessor for Customer Service qualifications!)

Needed a special sort of house insurance. After filling in miles of questions on online I still could not get what I wanted. Rang Howdens explained my dilemma. After 10 mins of straightforward questions, I got my insurance at a price I considered to be very reasonable. So with a personable agent, who knew her job inside out, I could not believe my luck! Well done Howdens.
