The personal service I received from James in the Worthing office was exceptional. Everything was explained clearly and he did all he could to ensure my premium was kept as low as possible. I was very impressed with his professional manner.

Daniel was very helpful on the phone and after hearing what we'd been quoted on a comparison site, did his best to offer a really competitive policy at a good price. Whilst not as cheap, the level of cover was better so we went for it.

I renewed my car insurance with A-Plan as they gave me a very competitive insurance quote against my existing with another company. The policy was like for like, so that was fantastic. The person I spoke to was ever so helpful and polite in finding me a good deal. The details over the phone were clear and precise as to what I needed. From my first contact with A Plan it was so straight forward. The Broker Shuhan who I dealt with could not have been more helpful, patient, and explained everything every step of the way.
