My car insurance is due for renewal and I was contacted yesterday by Mike at Tooting office with a renewal price. I have insured my car through them for several years and I always stay with A-Plan as they have found me satisfactory prices and always given a good customer service. Never quite sure about insurance... Well you can be re-assured by the staff of A-Plan Insurance. I took out insurance with you last year at a cost of ÂŁ370.33 and for this year had risen to ÂŁ638.60 a hug increase. I realise that premiums do go up after a
claim but this is far in excess of what I expected. I talked to
Ms Hazel Duffy who said we could look at it again but came back
with 'No I cannot offer you anything better.' As time was running out
