Migle at A-Plan Insurance in Tooting was extremely helpful and was very patient with me as I made several changes to my requirements. For the second consecutive year my car insurance premium has gone DOWN with A-Plan...by a considerable margin!

I am called about renewal in a timely manner. The best deal is searched for witnessed by the fact that they don’t just offer me last years insurer but look for the best price for me. Always polite and helpful. Been with A Plan for a long long time though I do research on line comparisons. They are usually there or there a-bout but do listen and requote if not. They handle accident claims brilliantly. You don’t have to do anything other than inform them. They handle the lot.

The company contacted me in advance to remind me that my home insurance was due for renewal.
