Called 5hem after a leaflet dropped through the door. Polite to deal with and very knowledgeable, which helped me get the best deal for my circumstances and particular requirement.
The prices quoted were under the renewal costs offered but my long standing insurance companies, even though I was being told I was, as a long standing customer, very important to them.
I know that next year APlan will look around and get me the best deal. Their experience will also be very valuable should I ever need to make a claim.

Went on a comparison site to get some quotes before renewing my insurance, found a cheaper quote and called APlan. The young man I spoke to asked me if I had time for him to take more details to complete a search and found me a better quote than I had from the comparison site. Excellent service provided.

Always a very efficient and helpful service. The trouble with an insurance product and broker is that you never know how good it is until you need to make a claim.
My experience is that Aplan are fantastic in the event of a claim.
They also answer the phone rapidly and I have never spent hours in a queue and no endless menu options.
