Prompt, helpful, not confusing, response. The assistants complied with my questions & instructions, even to the point of telephoning me back. I am unable to comment on the reaction/response to any request I make for action in connection with a claim, because as yet there has been no need to do so. Prices of premiums were competitive; certainly the quotation for Buildings Insurance was considerably less expensive than my former insurer's.

Dermot fahy at a plan insurance in tooting was absolutely amazing, I have used a plan for many years now and wouldn't go anywhere else,I recently swapped my insurance from a car to a van and the price he got me was really good,excellent service all round,would highly recommend

Jack Thomson was the gentleman who set up my car insurance. I can honestly say from start to finish of our phone conversation I was at ease all the way through. Nothing was to much trouble for jack and he explained everything to my understanding. This gentleman is a credit to your company so much so I’ll be seeking my insurance with you again when it comes due.
