A Plan came recommended from friends and I have to agree with them , the service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, there was clarity at all stages plus our advisor C.was delightful. Fingers crossed we don’t need to claim , but if we do the proof of the pudding will be in the eating!

Not the best experience and certainly not the worst. “A” Plan did not provide me with anything that I could not have achieved due to homework I had done prior to contacting them for a quote, but we got there in the end. I gave them my business because of their representation of the BMW Car Club and I hope they will “up their game” in the future as there is a great deal of very competent competition in the market place.

I have used A-Plan Insurance as my preferred Broker for the selection of both House and Contents Insurance covering my house and possessions over a number of years.
I have found their support has been excellent. I have been pleased with the Insurance cover that they offer each year and they have been of particular help to me to deal in dealing with a vexatious claim.

This year the motor insurance renewal was not as competitive but the agent came back and offered a better deal due to my loyalty.

Relying on A-Plan to renew our motor insurance couldn't be easier: They prompt you when the policy is coming up for renewal, check that your circumstances haven't changed and then a short time later they put proposal to you to either accept of reject. The one big advantage of using a broker is the fact they do all the spadework when it comes to assessing the pros and cons of all the various and many insurance plans on offer. They also handle any claims you might have, saving you the bother!
