I have insured all my family’s cars with A Plan for over two decades now. I prefer to deal with humans. Online insurance is not for me. When my kids started out on the road A Plan were most helpful advising me what sort of cars they should be driving. They even advised me to use another company for month-by-month insurance for my son before he passed his test. You’ll never miss a renewal date as they remind you in good time unlike some online insurers. Friends I have referred to A Plan have been very satisfied with their services.

Spoke with Richard Hennen at Andover as needed advice re including daughter to drive my car. He was brilliant and full of advice options. I rang him back later to process a renewal which could include my daughter. He has the patience of a saint and could not have been more clear, kind and thorough. Good telephone customer service is often hard to come by but not at A plan! Give him a pay rise!
