The most pleasant way to buy car insurance. Jack saved me over £110, plus he was pleasant, polite, funny, but also knowledgeable. My preference is also to support local and independent businesses. I'll definitely be asking A-Plan to look after my house insurance too. Thanks Jack

Recently widowed, as you’d expect loads of paperwork to sort and update. Then renewal of house insurance rears it’s head. A-Plan Insurance recommended by friends. Phoned, explained what I needed, arranged for a call back. Matthew phoned asked numerous questions re property, he would begin getting quotes and would phone me by agreement early the following afternoon. A further confirmation of details, recommended quote accepted and full payment made. At last a stress free conclusion without being held on the phone for ages until someone answered, then promises to phone back (often never happened) all blamed on COVID and working from home.

The Best insurance company. I have recently insured my building insurance and car insurance through A Plan and the member of staff dealing with renewal Ms Catherine Smith was very helpful and friendly finding the best policy for my renewal. Received a very courteous phone call from David, in which he explained that he had made price comparisons on my behalf and had a cheaper recommendation. All dealt with very quickly and efficiently over the phone and my documents were emailed to me shortly afterwards. Very painless.

If you appreciate talking to a real human being and not a call centre robot then you will love the staff at A-Plan.
Staff are always friendly, helpful and approachable. You call is important to them and you will never be held in a que. They always get back to you when they say they will and they always follow up on your queries.

I have been a customer of A Plan for many years now and although I am sure if I were to use comparison sites, I may improve on the amount of the premiums, nothing will compare to the excellent service provided. I am reminded every year, contacted by e-Mail and phone and talked through the policies with clarity. I am treated with respect and charm - I can’t fault any of the people who I speak to, and I know that in the event of claim, I only need to contact the office and there will be hall immediately on hand.
