We have used A-Plan for many years and have always found them to be very helpful and constructive. They have advised us looked after us and several of our family members. With A-plan now for approx 7 years and always a pleasure to call them. Very-very helpful team, Sam, Alistair, really nice and helpful people and immediately action they do, make sure I’ve got the changed policy immediate and feels like they know me in person which makes the contact much easier.
Few issues with cars in the past, all perfectly solved and always there for advice.
Only a few times they didn’t return the cal and was waiting for them to contact me regarding the home insurance… can imagine those things sometimes slip through, but once called, all solved.
