I requested that a paper copy of my new insurance document be sent to me in the post not just an e mailed file. I do not have printing facilities plus my laptop does not run on windows so I I cannot always download and open files sent to me. I wanted a paper copy to keep for easy reference. To date i have not received the copy requested.

Staff are always helpful and take the time to explain and to double check. Have tried others but keep coming back to A-plan. The staff do what they say they will do and treat you as an individual person.

I would have given 5 stars but the finance company that I was asked to use to spread payments over 12 months was less than satisfactory - so much so that even after I declined to use them and paid for the year in full I am still getting emails from them.
