I'm with A-Plan at Epsom and they have given me an excellent service for many years, finding me the best quality low insurance quotations for my fast cars and my ordinary cars. I've stopped having to do the annual new search to find a decent quote as they do it without me asking. Exemplary !

Love dealing with A-Plan
I've used them several times in the past and never had any issues. They're always competitive with the price comparison sites but this time they came in around 40% cheaper with better cover!

Both of these gave out masses of paperwork and little support if you want to make a claim, in fact I did claim 22 years with one of the two above but did not get any money so I changed from one to the another company , I have paid out Thousands of pounds in 46 years .

Timely and excellent communications. I expect a broker to act on my behalf, seek out the best deal, balancing level of cover and cost. A-Plan always make a very good job of this and both written and verbal comms always give their rationale, leaving the choice to me. The follow-up is swift and their digital vault, avoiding the need for reams of documents in the mail, works very well. I have all my vehicles, house and business insured through A-Plan. Haven't used anyone else in years. Also recommended them to aged relatives when they were given the run around by SAGA and they came up trumps again - customer service was outstanding. Now my in-laws swear by them as well.
