I renewed my home insurance this time only because I stated that I would not renew at a higher rate than last year which has been the case with my cars insurance in the past wich you have lost.
I beleive that if you have had no claims you should be rewarded....that never happend with the cars and so you lost that bussines.

I've been with Aplan for more than 10 years now and every year on renewal it's been a pleasure. Today I wanted to change my number plate over as I treated myself and this was completed promptly. I called and spoke to Beatrice who advised me to go onto the DVLA site first and fill out the form to change the registration plates over. Once I'd done that I called the branch back and spoke to Ben Litchfield at Thatcham. He was so knowledgeable and very friendly. We had a splendid chat about private plates and it literally took a few minutes to be complete! Extremely happy with Aplan, thank you for always looking after me.

A-plan appeared to offer a competitive price for their motor insurance. But after paying it was pointed out that our no claims bonus was in dispute, we have never had an issue with no claims before, I was told it was my fault and would have to pay a further £50. However after saying I would cancel the policy they said they would pay half, which we feel should never have incurred in the first place.

This is my first experience of the people at A-Plan and they were very polite. My policies were renewed efficiently and speedily, although sometimes I felt that I was being communicated to via a pre-prepared script. My last broker, who retired, was very personalised and always contacted me in advance of any renewals and he understood my exact requirements. I felt with A-Plan it was down to me to contact/chase them.
