Quote created well in advance after a friendly in- house chat. Premium paid an receipt issued with the minimum of fuss. Post pandemic rate had reduced my outgoings considerably. Hopefully I will not have to test the service provided by Zurich in the forthcoming year!

Spoke to Jack at Thatcham. Although the process was lengthy, this was a good thing. It means he took the time to make sure all my camper mods were captured and that he made sure he explained everything properly. He also managed to beat my renewal so, overall, I was very pleased.

I have used A Plan insurance for many years and find their rates are extremely competitive. In addition, by dealing with a local insurance broker the experience is always positive and calling a broker's office to discuss insurance matters is far easier than having to deal with a large corporate insurance company.
