Last year I would have given 5 stars but this year, having agreed a renewal figure, the computer chose to send me documents which showed an increase in premium of over ÂŁ115. The office told me that it was a computer error BUT I now have to pay the additional amount and wait for a month to get the credit back on my card. A Plan only agreed to send back my money after I pointed out that it was not my fault but theirs. Originally they wanted me to wait until they received the money from the insurance company. I was not happy with this but otherwise, they have been fine. However, I am pleased to say that after the intervention of a manager, the overcharged amount was refunded to my card prior to the payment date so all was well. Thanks A Plan

TV ads tell us its easy to access insurance on line. We'll, its just as easy to let A Plan do the work and come back with an equally competitive quotes. Dealing with an actual person is reassuring, A Plan being very polite, courteous & follow up. Highly recommend.
