The insurance lady carefully went over the details for the house insurance, the cost remained the same for another year, anything I was unsure of was explained to me carefully. It was a pleasant phone call, not rushed, I was happy to continue with the house insurance that I already had.

A-plan Insurance Gloucester contacted me to remind me that my motor insurance was due and explained over the phone that the renewal was close to the price paid for the previous year. They also told me about home insurance deals for existing customers. I will contact them for a quote when when my home insurance is due for renewal. A friendly helpful team that values my custom.

I like the ease of knowing my insurance is in safe hands and if I have a problem there is someone local who I can talk to in person, without waiting in a queue on the telephone after spending 10 minutes listening to various recorded messages and having to choose options to then be either speaking to someone who I can barely understand or worse cut off! Its well worth the small bit extra!

I have used this company for a few years now and they are simply fantastic, nothing is to much trouble for them and they are very professional. Another good thing is that you actually get to phone a human being and talk to them straight away, no holding on with complicated press one for this and 2 for that options. I would recommend them to anyone.
