Setting up our insurance plan was amazing. The customer service we got when visiting our local A-plan office in Preston was so great. Made us feel at ease and dealt with all our questions etc so smoothly with friendly professionalism. Our cover would have been cheaper to renew with the company we switched from but it was the in person service we recieved that made us switch. This a true credit to A-plan to have great and amazing workers who represent their company with genuine care and show unparalleled professionalism. The staff at your Preston branch should be commended for their work and customer service skills. That in it self says alot for an insurance company.
