I sent my no claims bonus to an email turns out it was the Sutton Coldfield branch.They took the time to phone me to tell me I must ring the Thatcham branch and get an email to send it to.
I understand Sutton didn't have the business but in the time they took to ring me I reckon they could have passed on my email.
I think it shows the customer service needs a bit of work.

I've been one of those people who use mainstream search engines to search insurance, however none could provide me with the type of cover I required, yes legal but not fit for purpose. I saw a post on Instagram (Coombe Valley campers) and campervan insurance was discussed, namely A-plan. I phoned, no covid wait for 10 minutes, Vicky answered immediately & had the answer to all my queries /questions. It was really nice to talk to a human & arrange comprehensive insurance that really covers my van/contents etc. Highly recommended.
