I have used A-plan for five years for a range of policies. Generally they offer very good value but admin has been ver lax, leaving questions unanswered frequently despite many efforts to get answers.
My most recent renewal appeared to be as it should be. The agent recorded my milage (it is a restricted milage policy); this was the first time for four years this had happened, despite my prompting (and supply of milage notification which never subsequently appeared in policy documentation.)

I recently needed to renew my house and contents insurance and decided to give these guys a chance. I had already shopped around the usual comparison sites and thought I new where I was going. However the agent Skye was not only most helpful but ultimately came up with a solution which not only satisfied my requirements but beat the prices of the others on a like for like basis.
