I insure a car and a couple of boats through A-Plan. This is the first claim I've made on marine insurance and A-plan were excellent at pushing the claim through the insurer knowing a new mast was required for a competition. The insurers underwriters did try it on a little, but soon saw sense and A-Plan were proactive in helping make that happen. Excellent service provided by A-plan and Adam.

Needed some business cover added to home and contents too. My insurer of over 30 years didn’t have this option and their quote was really high to renew even without it. What a relief my friend recommended A-Plan. They are the best customer-focused team I have ever met. I made an office visit to branch but also had dealings by phone, email and old fashioned letter. I cannot thank Michael and his colleagues enough for their efficient and timely help. And I saved money on the renewal too! Try them out - superb! Thank you A-Plan!

For the second year running had occasion to email a query, did not receive a reply within a few days, sent a follow up still no reply.
Query becoming urgent so had to phone to to get an answer. The following day I finally received a reply to my email.
