Renewal documents arrived by email in good time for review, and were complete. My subsequent discussion with an A-Plan agent on the telephone was most satisfactory. I just bought a campervan insurance via A Plan. So far I have been impressed with the service and Kevin at Market Harborough branch had managed to get me a good deal and threw a little extra as well. My name was misspelled on documents and I contacted the branch after a few days and it was changed with no problem. I hope that if I have to claim the service will live up to the standard provided so far.
