Its not often you can say you enjoyed renewing your car insurance, however on this occasion James was all that you want from a telephone conversation, he was clear, concise and helpful in explaining in enough detail to make me feel confident that I was getting the right insurance for my classic TR6. He put me on hold (or offered to call me back) whilst he checked out the best policy for my requirements. Bingo, he came back with a policy that covers everything that in need, including an agreed valuation and get this, saved me some money from my previous fee.

Such good service from A Plan Solihull - I used them last year and again this year for motor insurance and intend to ask them for a quote for house insurance later in the year. Staff are very friendly, approachable and conscientious about obtaining the best quotes. They also explain things very clearly. A friend of mine has used them for years and recommended them to me - I am so glad that he did. They take the hassle out of trying to find effective but economical insurance in what is really a minefield of cost and quality.

Just took out new car insurance. Staff very helpful polite on my visit to branch at Farnham. All my questions were answered it made my decision to take up the quotation easy. At both visits I was made to feel that I was important to them and not just a quick sell. Great price compared to other I had over the phone and online.
