I already had my car insurance with Howden so they were holding my full information which obviously was my name. I decided to take out a home insurance policy and in two separate emails my Christian name was spelt incorrectly and in a second my surname was spelt incorrectly. Attention to detail would in my opinion be very important in matters of insurance. It is impossible to have an opinion about the value of the insurance policy until it comes to making a claim.
