I was struggling to find insurance for an unoccupied house and a friend recommended Howden Insurance. I rang late Friday afternoon and the phone was answered straight away by a very friendly and professional person. He took details and rang me back as promised with an acceptable quotation. Policy documents were then emailed later that day.

Worked with Tasmyn on my car insurance renewal. She was able to get fantastic cover at a lower premium, which more than met my expectations! I was also finally able to consolidate and move across cover for a second vehicle which I had not been able to do previously due to higher premiums. The whole process was seamless and Tasmyn was also great at contacting me at agreed times that worked with my schedule! Thank you so much!

Thank you to Laurie and all the team at Howden for guiding me through the annual nightmare that is contents and building insurance. Laurie’s patient band efficient from the outset in the renewal procedure. All now done until September 2026 when we go through it all again.
