Over several years I have been very satisfied with the service provided by A plan. This year however I had to telephone them to ask for policy documents and certificate of insurance to be sent to me in the post. This was several days after a telephone request and after the start date of cover.

Have stayed with A-Plan for many years now because of the efficient and helpful way they deal with renewing your Insurance along with with reminders beforehand.
