Rebecca was excellent sourcing a policy for us. However, after acceptance and payment, we never received our policy at all. We telephoned the day after our policy started and then received it 2 days later. Not sure what happened, but we have it now, so all is well.

Excellent process, excellent service, called the office for a quote, after taking all the details I had a the best quote by far and fixed my insurance. We have since added all our household cars and insurance with A plan. Fantastic customer service and a breath of fresh air to actually speak with someone and not just somebody reading a process the person I spoke with actually knew what they were talking about. 10 out of 10

Initial issues with sales who quoted based on incorrect information, when passed to Harry their manager the experience changed dramatically and I cannot praise Harry highly enough for his sympathetic approach to the issue and professionalism in rescuing the situation.
