Last year we had impeccable service from Brandon at the Basingstoke office and was very impressed with his knowledge and services offered.
We have just renewed our 2 cars for next year, again this was a very stress free and quick process. This is a credit to Brandon that does what he says and follows up according.
We could not recommend the service higher

I was unable to speak to my car insurance company, I was informed about Aplan and phoned them. They were able to find me a very good deal and stated I could phone them for all enquiries. It is nice being able to speak to someone who then gives you genuine help.

Excellent service from real people . In these times of automated and inhuman systems of buying insurance it's so nice to speak to understanding people who really know what good service is.
