My Broker had received certain reasons from Insurers why my particular policy couldn't be renewed but would need issuance of a new policy from renewal date. Understanding my unusual insurance risk and after strong negotiations on my behalf with Insurers they were allowed to renew my policy. Excellent customer focus and service.

The company worked really effectively to find me the right home insurance policy. Having a converted barn our requirements were a little non-standard, but I'm delighted with the comprehensive cover provided by the policy they found for me. I'm very pleased I went to an insurance broker to arrange my cover - it gives much more peace of mind.
