Initially good response and asked all the right questions but then very poor follow up.....once they had the premium!!
Initial response once they'd taken the money had very little info, no policy number etc, I had to chase this by phoning.
Talked about a 'guaranteed value' which i required. Sent required photos and still waiting on response...have i got it, haven't i got it??
I was pointed in their direction by good reviews from a FB group and was willing to pay a premium over my existing renewal (£100) but so far more than disappointed. I fear the response to a claim, if ever needed
Update: The follow up after this review was excellent and restored my confidence that I’d made a good choice of insurance broker

I have used A-Plan for my Car Insurance for over 20 years and they have always found me the best deals available. I had a no fault accident in 2020 whilst away visiting family. I contacted them and they immediately sprang into action, sorting out the arrangements for getting my vehicle assessed/recovered and a hire car sorted out via Kindertons Accident Management, who also liaised with my Insurance Company to ensure I got my compensation. This all took away a lot of stress caused by the accident.
