Very easy, just with a phone call. Have used A-Plan for several years for house and cars. Only gave 4 star as when I received policy they had not put a stamp on the envelope. As I was not at home, the postman took it back to the sorting office. Next day I drove 2 miles, office opening hours had changed, had to make a second trip the next day and pay £2

But the reason I’ve marked them down a star is because each year my premium seems to be going up and they never seem to be able to knock off their admin fee to renew.
Plus we still haven’t received any of the vouchers we was promised for recommending a new customer etc, we have done this at least twice.
But overall not too bad a service, but if they go up again I will be doing my insurances next year myself.
