Had to stop driving for 6 months as a result of a recently discovered medical condition. Current car insurers cancelled my policy as soon as I reported condition to them, despite only wanting reduction in cover to TPFT.

Things weren't looking great when I received an email from my previous insurer that my home insurance policy had expired for no apparent reason!
Fortunately, that's when I got to speak to Joanna Dudzik from A-Plan who was absolutely marvellous and professional in sorting out the problem and providing me with a new policy at a lower price and with better terms.
