Very helpful, efficient member of A-Pan staff dealt with house and contents insurance proposal over the phone after getting through to the company very quickly. Full explanations given. Insurance details completed that day. Full proposal put in post and received a couple of days later. Able to ask any questions and get sensible answers. A-Pan are dealing with the best insurers in the market to tailor your needs accordingly.

Very quickly I managed to switch my insurance from the current insurer to the new insurer with the help of the very able Roxana.
The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the web portal doesn't seem to work as it should. All in all a good experience.... let's hope I never have to make a claim.

I rang up to renew my car insurance and the man helped me, my insurance was cheaper than last year and I stayed with the same insurers. I also needed to insure my daughter on another car, she is only just learning to drive. I was told there was two options and was talked through both. Great advice and help.

Their staff are always courteous, helpful and attentive, they always go out of their way to obtain the best cover and price for my vehicles .
most of my family except my youngest son who is not able to drive have got on board with A-Plan and are all very impressed with their service.
What I particularly like over other insurance companies is the fact the person you speak to is always efficient and prompt with their quotes , your bot left hanging, or get irritating on hold music, they take your number and call you straight back , no mess , no fuss , just good old fashion service. Can’t rate them highly enough!
