I've just renewed my van insurance with the help of James Bradley from the Tooting office. I'm pretty clueless but he was helpful, patient and knowledgeable and made a potentially boring conversation very enjoyable!

This year both my car and house insurance went up by about 15%! Not to the rate of inflation! I tried to get a more competitive rate elsewhere but failed.

Asked for renewal quote for home contents insurance from Thomas at Poole office. Went through all details & he came back with competitive quote within couple of hours. Same underwriter as Swinton ( existing company) but much cheaper for similar levels of insurance. Very satisfied with 'A' Plan.
